Standard Shipping usually takes 6-10 business days and costs $7.99.
You can choose to upgrade to Express Shipping for $17 (or 25% of your total order value over $75). Or, choose to upgrade to Express Plus Shipping for $22 (or 30% of your total order value over $75).
You can buy online and pick up in store without any shipping or order processing fees.
Some large and bulky items may incur a Special Handling charge. This varies between products and will be clearly stated during checkout.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Return any item for a refund or exchange in store. You’ll need to provide your original purchase confirmation.
Refunds are made to your original payment card. If you used PayPal, your refund will be given as a JOANN gift card.
If you can’t provide proof of purchase or your order receipt, any refund will be provided as merchandise credit for JOANN.
Returns by mail are subject to a $7.95 shipping and handling fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund you receive. Sewing machines and Cricut machines are also subject to a $25 restocking fee.
